Axiom Design Ltd is a product development and brand ownership company founded by Mark Halliwell. We’re a small, focused team based in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, and we handle every stage of bringing a product to life ourselves — from the first sketch to the box on the shelf.
From one printer to three brands
Axiom Design (company number 16491307) began with a 3D printer, a problem worth solving, and a refusal to accept “that’s just how it’s done” as an answer.
From there, the studio grew into something that handles the full pipeline of bringing a physical product to market: concept, CAD modelling, prototyping, material selection, production-grade printing, finishing, packaging, and brand development — all under one roof.
That work now shows up across three house brands: Sunset Scents, Alignix Cleaning Solutions, and Nameroo — personalised 3D-printed wall letters. Three very different products, one design philosophy.

Mark founded Axiom Design with a simple belief: that small companies can compete on quality and design, not just price — provided they’re willing to keep control of the whole process themselves.
That belief shapes everything from material choices to packaging decisions. It’s why Axiom keeps design, manufacturing, and branding in-house rather than outsourcing the parts that are “someone else’s job” at most companies this size.

Axiom Design started the way a lot of design-led manufacturing businesses do — with a 3D printer, a founder unwilling to accept "that’s just how it’s done", and a growing pile of prototypes.
From single prints to a full in-house pipeline
Concept, CAD, prototyping, materials, production printing, finishing, packaging, and brand development came together under one roof.
Alignix Cleaning Solutions is born
When we couldn’t find a surface cleaner fast and gentle enough for daily use on our own printers and tooling, we formulated our own.
Sunset Scents and Nameroo take shape
A premium car air freshener line built on real fragrance development, and Nameroo — personalised, 3D-printed wall letters and words in a choice of fonts.
Getting ready to launch
Sunset Scents is in its final countdown to launch. Alignix continues to grow. Nameroo is moving through development, refining its fonts, finishes, and wall fixings.
