Every Axiom product moves through the same eight-stage process — designed, developed, printed, finished, assembled, and packaged entirely in-house, in our West Yorkshire workshop.

Because the same team handles every stage, nothing gets lost between design intent and finished product.
Product Design
Every product starts on paper or in CAD as a rough idea — the problem we’re solving, who it’s for, and what it needs to do.
CAD Development
Selected concepts move into full 3D CAD. We model for manufacturability from day one — wall thickness, tolerances, draft angles, and assembly.
3D Printing
Parts are printed in-house on our Bambu Lab P1S printers — fast, precise, and reliable enough to run prototypes and production batches side by side.
Post-Processing
Raw prints become finished products at the bench: cleaning, sanding, dipping, painting, and finishing by hand.
Electronics Integration
For products that move, light up, or sense, we integrate electronics and motion components directly into the design.
Materials & Formulation
The right filament — PLA+, PETG, or specialist materials. For Alignix products, formulating and testing cleaning solutions against real-world surfaces.
Small-Batch Manufacturing
Production runs scaled deliberately, so quality never gets traded away for volume, and every unit matches the last.
Brand Development & Packaging
Names, colour systems, packaging, and photography are all built in-house, right here in the workshop — never handed off to a separate agency.
